Ok, not impressed, you’ve blocked my account,been 3 weeks of making run all over,then tell me can’t withdrawl with my TD Bank account,so I deposit 10$,at your request,to set instabank,cause my PayPal is also not ok,so yuz say….So because I refused to deposit another 10$,cause I said I was broke,no cash in my bank account,du to the fact that I paid bill,my mortgage,etc,agents assumed I really on casino money to pay my bill, it’s a danger to me,and then, assumed I have a gambling problem,Wich is totally outta bound,cause in my hole life, I played 2 times at leovegas,and 2 times at another,Wich I also had won but with bonus Cash,so ya,told me it wasn’t my money…So at leovegas, I made sure not to take bonuses,and played with my own cash…so I’m thinking,one more bracket for yuz not to pay,cause you’ll say times up…wtf,like I won that cash legally,and I’ve been respectful,even though it’s frustrating,and plays with my patience, going on 4weeks,need this resolved and over with…and I’m being told that my TD Bank,also PayPal won’t accept your deposits,but yet,made me run back and forth to upload all documents from bank, another thing that was never working… anyhow,to Tell me that it not ok to deposit in my bank account..after I asked my bank, specifically cause all the papers needed,and my bank manager told my husband and I that it’s bullshit,cause yuz took my cash for me to play…non- sense…what to do so we can fix this,with all do respect, I shouldn’t had to go through all that…thanks
same as what is happening with a friend now. she cannot take her winning money even shes trying to submit the bank proof. and they are asking documents. so she travel far to go to her bank since she lives away ftom her previous address stating on her bank. and still they dont accept the proof she is sending. like wtf its 2300€ something and hanging on the acct.

Have you talked to leovegas live support or is your account verified yet? Some banks can cause problems with online casino payouts so possibly call your bank and see if they are not accepting the payment?
